Ingredients:
1 cup 250ml.
2 cups water
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 teaspoon crushed hot peppers
Ground black pepper Podravka, salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 small or 1/2 onion
1-2 price of garlic
1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves (chopped)
Preparation

In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, finely chopped onions, garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and crushed hot pepper .

Put the water in the middle pot to boil. Add flour to it, reduce the temperature to the lowest and mix non-stop for 5 minutes .

In a tray measuring 20 cm cover with aluminum foil, shake the mixture and flatten and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4 .
Take the dough out of the baking tray and cut it into the desired shapes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the sticks on all sides until they get a nice golden brown color.
Serving:
