Burek without crust ... If you don't have time to make burek from crust, here's a great suggestion for a hot dinner or breakfast, although it can be served cold, it's just as tasty ... You can fry the meat in the evening, whisk only the egg mixture in the morning , as I usually do and you have a nice breakfast.
Ingredients ( for 4 people )
300 gr. minced meat
2 heads larger head of onion
to taste pepper, with
50 ml. oils
4 pcs. eggs,
1 cup of yogurt
150 gr. chopped champignons as desired
burek bez hrskave korice, uh prijatelju moj stari pa kako to moze da bude, jelo je definitivno ukusno ali sve ono sto sam probao a da se zove burek mora da ima hrskavu koricu, e sad ako se krene malo dalje na istok tu se vec pojavljuju varijante przene u dubokom ulju ali opet tuje prisutna korica
