Scammers do not sleep at night, thinking how they can deceive us.
One of their ways is to shorten the phishing / malicious site into links like bit.ly.
You should always be on the lookout for any shortened links in my manual: Go to https://unshorten.me/
Enter a suspicious shortened link and click "Un-Shorten".
