There are several types of stress that we should recognize, such as:

  • Acute stress

This type of stress is short term, usually when there are challenges, threats, and the unexpected. Examples of cases include being scolded by someone close to you, fighting with someone, or an activity that makes you nervous to do it.

The effects of these symptoms are usually an increase in heart rate, irregular breathing, cold sweats.

  • Episodic stress

Usually episodic stress also arises because a person feels his life is very difficult and endless.

  • Chronic stress

This type of stress is the most severe because it can occur in a very long time, this is of course also very bad for health such as anxiety, heart disease, depression and decreased endurance.

There are many things that cause chronic stress such as financial problems in the family, bad work environment, and problems in the family either with parents, children or life partners.

There are several ways to relieve stress, such as:

  • Do activities that can be entertaining

  • Calm your mind

  • Always take care of your health by exercising, eating regularly, sleeping regularly.

  • Go on a picnic with your friends or family

  • You can take your time for "me time"

  • Meditation

It is very difficult to avoid stress, but we can also minimize it so that our minds are not easily stressed and emotional such as:
