About togetherness

Togetherness may already be familiar to people who are members of an organization. But there are also many individuals in groups who do not understand the meaning of togetherness.

Why is a sense of community so important in an organization, bond, group or community? The word "togetherness" has the meaning of a bond that is formed because of a sense of kinship / brotherhood, more than just working together or ordinary professional relationships.

Moreover, we are human beings who are not strangers to being called social beings, so without being in a group or organization, individuals must also need togetherness, both with family and friends.

As for some of the goals of togetherness, for example, so that we can appreciate differences. Differences are indeed something that cannot be removed from each individual, they bring elements of difference from each region they come from. People who decide to build togetherness must appreciate all kinds of differences that exist in the environment without discriminating.

In addition, we can also train cohesiveness and complement each other.

Togetherness is formed to create cohesiveness between individuals or even between groups. Cohesiveness will make the goal well resolved. This cohesiveness can also be a measuring tool for someone in carrying out a mission for the common good.

And the many types of mindset of each individual sometimes make an idea into something very extraordinary. each individual can give his idea to the group. This is one of the goals of togetherness which is to complement each other.

Furthermore, from a strong togetherness can also make a person not feel trouble alone. The feeling of never being alone makes a person stronger and more enthusiastic to face the reality. Togetherness is expected to make individuals stronger, but not always dependent on others.
