Eggs are the richest natural thing in proteins and it is widely used in the world. They are used in different dishes as well as separately in all meals. As eggs are natural, so they can get rotten after a couple of weeks depending upon the location and whether they are stored.
Being a natural item there are chances that eggs may become rotten. But how do we know if an egg is non-cracked?
As I love cooking, so today I want to share a quick trick on how you can check if a non-cracked chicken Egg is good or bad?
Why do we need to check?
Because if we do not check it before adding it to something directly, it will make everything non-useable. For example batter of cake, cookies, etc.
One way is that we break the egg in a separate bowl, and check whether it is good or bad? But that's not a good solution as maybe we can forget in a hurry.
There is another way that's very easy. Next time you bought eggs from the market before placing them into the fridge try this method to check if they are healthy or not.
Test:
The test is simple, just take a bowl and fill it with water. And put the eggs one by one.
Fresh: If the eggs are fresh, they will be drowned.
A week Old: There will be slightly lifted from broadside
Stale: It will become vertical on the smaller side downward.
Very Old: It will become floating on top
