-Stopping to worry about what others think about you is important. You need to know that they are too busy, so that they have no time to think about you . Even if they have formed a negative opinion, that is their problem, not your problem .
4. Don't missuspect others' mistakes
- Everyone is inherently wrong, but often fails to remember this, when the wrong is someone else. Whether you are dealing with a friend in a way that is not good or if you are “angry,” and you are out of red lines and have a collision, everyone is making mistakes .
5. Live in the moment.
- The moment is all there. No amount of remorse can change the past, and no amount of anxiety can change the future.
Of course, living at the moment is often said, but harder to do. But that does not mean that it is impossible .
