This negative approach can become self-fulfiling prophecy. Concepts such as attractions, "birds of the same feather flock together", "you reap what you sow", speak to the magnetic power of our thougths. Many studies confirm the correlation of positive thinking and success.

- catch yourself doing or thinking negative, take a moment to counter each of with two positive obrsevations or gratitudes.
It is not alway easy living. But it is our own perspective that determines if we will drudge through life puckered and sour, or skip along with the glass of sweet lemonade.
