First of all , introduce a bit on this Sabah Snake Grass. It's quite common seen grass in tropical area , especially in Malaysia & Indonesia. Anyway, Sabah is a place name in Malaysia, a state's name.
Quite famous known in local community ,especially Malaysian Chinese Community, Sabah Snake Grass also known as Belalai Gajah in Malay, and 沙巴蛇草( Sha Ba She Cao, or 憂遁草 (You Dun Cao) in Chinese Language.
Traditionally used to heal injury from snake bite (its name already implies this), Sabah Snake Grass nowaday extend its usage as traditional herb to "cool" the body especially a patient who went through the chemo, which is heating up the body cells and kill the cancer cells.
So normally local community is using this sabah snake grass (around 15-20pieces), blend together with 2 green apples.
After getting all together , put into blender and make juice
Now I wanna show how sabah snake grass looks like after plucking out
Even this is some sort of traditional local herb for cooling body, but time to time when you feel weather is hot and body getting heaty. We do need to cool down the body.
As such, we decided to start plant sabah snake grass at our home, at least we have some leaves for juice when needed:
It's super easy to plant it. Using its stem which we did not blend with leaves and green apples, just plug it into pot with soil then it will grow healthy by itself.
But one thing to take note, it needs the sunshine to grow faster and nicer. Do take note ya.
This is a good local concoction which can be developed into worldwide accepted remedy for the mentioned diseases.
