In Singapore, we can easily seen cat attached to every block of HDB. These cats can be titled "cat of the block ", because it seems every block is always attached with 1 cat
And these cars normally is rear by the whole block residents. Definitely someone from the block would feed them with little food, and little by little become mountainous food supply to the cat.
So normally these cats are quite fat, maybe eating too much and noneed to hunt for food.
My block cat is even go to more extreme, it can sleep at the middle of parking bay under hot sun.
When reach to the meal time, then only it slowly wake up and walk to the normal food feeding area.
You see, how relaxing is him to lying on the car park bay , as if the area booked by him.
Sometime even you wanna scare it to go and sleep other safer place, it also sleep undisturbed with hands up.
