It's affecting the way companies do business. Its technical restrictions affect the volume of content and instant access to material. The Internet relies heavily on phone lines, so the greater the phone lines are in a certain area, the more stable the service will be. Due to the inherent restrictions of transmitting huge volumes of digital information over phone lines, the media and interaction options available on the web have been limited in both quality and quantity. By addressing the technological restrictions that depend on having an infrastructure that can transmit more information faster and reliably, known as Broadband, it is possible to boost the performance.It's clear that social media is having an effect on young people's attitudes and behaviors. As a result, messages can be delivered in real time to audiences and target groups, causing changes and trends to take place. Today's young people are exposed to a wide range of social media. They are becoming "naturalized citizens" in a digital society in which adults are just gaining "digital literacy" with ease.

Concerns concerning the exposure to undesired material, online victimization, and the practice of risky online behaviors can be categorized into three primary types. What do youngsters do on the internet? Who are the people that teenagers choose to form close bonds with? When it comes to internet activities, however much time do youths devote to them? What are the online habits of young people? Is there a positive or negative impact of online connection on the lives of people and on the development of young people? That's why this study uses a theoretical framework that portrays young people as active agents who are capable of manipulating ideas through the use of communication technologies.
