Coconut Sesame Puli Cake

Bangladesh is the land of pitha-puli 6 We Bengalis often eat different types of cakes and puli. I love Puli very much Today I will share a different type of puli pie recipe with everyone Hope everybody enjoys it.

Everything you need to make coconut sesame puli pie

1/4 cup sun-dried rice powder;

Grate 2/4 cup coconut;

3/2 cup date molasses;

4 / 2/3 cup of sesame (fried) powder;

5/3 cup water;

8/3/4 cinnamon;

6 / amount of cardamom powder and salt

6 / 3.50 cup oil.

How to make this recipe:

1 / In the beginning, cook with coconut and molasses for 15 to 20 minutes.

2 / After it becomes a little hard, you have to spread sesame powder, cardamom and ataap rice powder and cook a little more.

3 / When the oil rises and the filling becomes hard enough to be rolled, it should be cooled down and all the filling should be made long.

4 / Now boil the rice powder and reduce the heat of the oven and stir well.

5 / After it gets a little cold, you have to sprinkle water on it and make bread.

6 / Put bread on one side of the bread and stick it on the back like the curved moon on the other side. This time you have to cut the tin sheet or pulipitha.

6 / should be fried in hot oil.
