Ingredients:
-Vindi 250 grams.
-Onion 1/2 cup.
-Post 1 teaspoon of blended poppy seeds with salt and chilli.
-Ginger a little.
-Nun as needed.

- 1/2 cup of tomato.
-Sambar masala 1 tablespoon.

Method:
First the bindis should be washed with clean water. Cut the wire bundles as per your choice and spread the sambar masala in it and leave it in the fridge for 2.3 hours.
