-Cabuli gram boiled 2 cups
- 1 cup of chopped onion.
- A small amount of ginger powder.
- 2 cups of tomatoes.
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder.
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder.
- 2 teaspoons of coriander powder.
-2 teaspoons cumin powder.
-2 teaspoons of amchoor powder.
- 2 teaspoons of pomegranate powder.
- 2 teaspoons of hot spice powder.
Whole cumin 2 teaspoons.
- Tejpat 5-6 .
-4-5 green chillies.
-Coriander leaves 1/2 cup.
-Oil 6 tablespoons.
-Salt to taste.
First you have to take a pan, then you have to pour oil in it and you have to fry a little bit of cumin and bay leaves with oil.
Then when it boils, add onion powder and fry it till it becomes light brown in color.
Then pour all the spices in it and drain it with a small amount of water.
Then when the seasoning is over, cook the tomato pieces with 1 more water then cook it for 5-6 minutes.
Then add boiled gram flour and salt to taste and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Then when the lentils are soft, you have to cook them again with coriander leaves and green chilli slices.
Then sprinkle ginger powder if you want and you can take it down and serve hot.
