Materials:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg.
- 1/2 cup of water.
- 1/2 teaspoon of fried cumin powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
- Ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon.
-Dried chilli powder 1/3 teaspoon.
- 1/3 teaspoon of white pepper powder.
- White mustard powder 1/2 table spoon.
-Mint leaf paste 1/2 table spoon.
- 1 tablespoon of green chilli paste.
-Testing salt 1/2 teaspoon.
-Sugar 1/2 table spoon.
Method:
First you have to put the yoghurt in a blender and blend it well.
Then if the yoghurt becomes thick then you have to mix the same amount of water in it.
Then put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix well.
Then you can refrigerate it and serve it when it cools down.
