Dopeyaji duck in Kasuri methi

Ingredients:

- 2 ducks.

-2 tablespoons jinjar past.

-1 teaspoon fenugreek.

-2 tablespoons garlic.

-1 table spoon Kasuri.

- 2 teaspoons of fenugreek.

- 2 cups coriander powder.

- 2 teaspoons of chopped onion.

- 4 tablespoons cumin powder.

- 2 teaspoons of onion paste.

- Turmeric powder 2 cups soybean.

- 4 teaspoons of oil.

- 4 dried chilli powder.

- 2 tablespoons of bay leaves 6

- Like the amount of hot spices.

-Salt amount.

Method:

First, the duck meat should be washed with clean water and cut into pieces.

Then you have to take a foot and pour oil in it. Fry the fenugreek, bay leaves and hot spices in the oil and stir well with the duck meat for 7-8 minutes.

Then cut the onions into large pieces and add all the ingredients except kasuri and fenugreek and stir well.

Then cover it with a lid with 2 cups of water. And you have to cook it on low heat.

Water can be added to the meat until it is cooked.

Then when the water dries and oil comes up on it, add onion powder and 2 cups of water and cook it for another 4-5 minutes. Then add fried chilli powder and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then when the water is dry, spread Kasuri fenugreek in it, cover it on low flame and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Then you can serve it with bread if you want.
