This is a recipe for a raw cake with Greek yogurt and forest fruit cream, which you will be able to enjoy carefree, and the plus is that it is not baked and is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
200 g biscuits
100 g butter
2 bananas
500 g of Greek yogurt
70 g powdered sugar
20 g of gelatin
100 ml of warm water
100 g of lyophilized raspberries + for decoration
100 g of black currant
Preparation
1. Chop the biscuits in an electric chopper or blender. Transfer them to a bowl and stir in the butter.
2. Press the biscuits into the bottom of a 20-centimeter-diameter mold.
3. Now prepare the cream. Stir powdered sugar and berries into Greek yogurt. Then add the gelatin that you mixed with warm water. Stir everything.
4. Slice the bananas and arrange them on the biscuit biscuit, then pour the cream over everything.
5. Smooth the cream with a knife and let the cake cool for three hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with lyophilized raspberries before serving
