Shaolin monks started hard work and training from the age of 6. This lasts up to 10 long years. And since then their strict discipline has to continue. They also use the “Iron Pulp Technique” to make them skilled fighters, which includes martial arts. Moreover, it is one of the 72 arts of the Shaolin temple. Shaolin monks are also given "Mont Pillar" training to increase their leg capacity and keep their body in balance. After all the training they have to face various tests. If they fail the test, they will have to take 3 year turning again. And when they pass the test, they become "Real Mont War Warriors of Shaolin."
