These have nothing to do with salivation. But the dog in his learning behavior has correlated the sound of food packets, pavlov, lab assistant or bell with the food. And everything that happens with food is detected by his brain as an element of saliva secretion. He calls this learning method of the brain "conditioning" and "conditioned reflex".
