Ticking Time Bomb
*Hey guys! This is* @aquariyoursxx *, another motivational content for you. I hope this will make you feel better.* Have you ever had the feeling of something so heavy clinging on you? Like you're walking with chains on your feet? Breathing with thorns stuck on your chest? Stare at nothing then suddenly, your eyes sting? Have you ever had the feeling wherein it seems like just one poke and the strings holding you in will break? Like in just a second, you'll explode? ***Like a ticking time bomb?*** We all have had this moment some point in our lives. Sometime you wouldn't even know when you started bottling up your feelings. You wouldn't even know what started it. It may seem better to keep it all in yourself as you don't want any more complications but it wont be good for you. Keeping your worries, stress and thoughts inside of you will not only be a disadvantage to your health. It also affects how you socialize. Everytime a worry comes and you decide to keep it, more and more you'll find yourself having troubles of maintaining a conversation, trusting someone, and even having fun. It's just like a bomb, if it's holding too much energy inside, it'll eventually explode and damage the things around it. And *you don't want to hurt the people around you don't you?* Let us all take in to consideration of releasing our anger, stress, pressure and worries slowly instead of just keeping it inside. Whether it be by talking to someone or just doing activities that'll help you. Some may do extreme activities and some may breathing techniques, yoga and other exercises. It doesn't matter how you do it. ***Just release it. Help yourself out.*** I hope you learned and felt better while reading the article. Let's all thunk about ourselves and think what's best for us too. If anything, you can DM me in **Instagram: @aquariyours_** if ever you want someone to talk to. Let's all keep each other's comfort.

Maybe we just have similar feelings right now. I'm happy it touched your heart😊
Anger can really do something that you never expected you can do normally. So I always see to it that if I am angry or not in the mood. I rather keep quite and let myself calm down. And after sometimes I will let it go by talking it out with someone.
Same thing I do. I never talk to anyone when I'm angry. I'm afraid I mights say things I'd regret later.
I felt that. After I give birth my mood change so much before I can be patience and calm. But now whenever I am angry 😡 I cannot control myself. So I just punch the door. Luckily its made of wood. I punch the door to ease that anger of mine. And feel a little lighter. That's the best way I can do for myself and to the people around me. And they say it's normal for women to change behaviors after giving birth. I believe cause that what Happened to me. 😊😊😊
Woah that hurts, punching the door. But good for you that you can release your feelings. It really is important especially now that you're taking care of a child.
Yes that's why I had to do that. 😊

Thank you! I hope you'll be able to tame yourself!
