This recipe i will share with you was one of my moms favorite dish.
Ingredients;
*1 kilograms of chicken thigh
*1/2 cup of tomato ketchup or banana ketchup
*1 large onion (white or red)
*6 cloves of garlic
*salt and pepper
*1 table spoon of liquid seasoning
*cups of water.
*cooking oil
Procedure;
● Slit the thick part of the thigh to cook trough its inner part.
●Put the chicken thigh in a pot ot casselore, then add the chopped onion, pounded garlic, salt and pepper, ( depends on how you taste) ketchup, liquid seasoning, and cups of water enough to cover the chicken.
●Now turn on the stove, every 10 minutes turn the other side of the chicken to make sure that it will cook evenly.
●Wait until 30 minutes of boiling, after 30 minutes when sauce was reduced, drain chicken (remove the sauce)
●Let it cool for two hours.
●Lastly fry the chicken in a fan with low heat, wait until it turns into light brown.
