This food is one of my favorite. Me and my friends loved to eat this kind of food in our favorite restaurant.
So now i will share with you on how to cook chicken Biryani.
Ingredients;
1 cup oil
2 cups oil (sliced)
3 tbs. of ginger and garlic crushed
1 kilograms of chicken (remove the skin)
3 tbs. salt
1/2 tbs. turmeric powder
1 tbs. chili flakes
1 tbs coriander powder
1 tbs red chili powder
1 tbs all spices power (star anis,
1 cup youghurt
dried plum (soaked in the water)
lemon
5 cups rice
2 tomatoes
1 pc. green long chili
Procedure;
*suité 2 cups of union,wait until it became golden, take half of the cooked onion for the rice topings
*add garlic,ginger crushed, wait until it become golden too.
*add the skinless choped chiken
*put 1 tbs. salt, 1/2 tbs. turmeric powder, 1 tbs. chili flakes, 1 tbs. red chili powder, 1tbs. coriander powder and 1 tbs. all spices.
note: this is the picture of powdered all spices
*fry the chicken and all spices and add some tomatoes, put 1 cup of youghurt.
*add the dry plum that soaked in water.
If you think that the chicken is already cooked, drain all the oil.
For the rice Procedure;
*put some water if the pan and add 2 tbs. of salt.
*then add all spices, and put 3 slices of lemon too.
*now put 5 cups of rice, wait until its cooked.
When the rice is ready, put it in a bowl or tray. Then add the drained chicken on top of the rice.
if you want to add some topings, just put the half of golden onion you separated a while ago, then add some green chili and a pinch of coriander for color. You can also put some sliced lemon.
there you go! chicken biryani is ready.
