On this day in the summer of 1965.Brandon Bruce Lee was born on February 1, 1965. He died on March 31, 1993 at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, after an accident during the filming of "The Crow" ... 17 days before marrying his fiancée, Elijah Hutton, in Mexico. On April 3, Brandon Bruce Lee was buried next to his father in Lake View Cemetary, Capitol Hill, Seattle. Black Belt magazine chose Brandon as their man of the year for 1993. At the time he was killed, Brandon had a signed contract with Carolco and three contracts with 20th Century Fox ... and a very bright future. Brandon’s favorite book (at least in 1989) is The Sailor Who Fell From Grace with the Sea (1963) written by Yukio Mishima. Mishima committed sepukku on November 25, 1970, outraged by Japan's decision to reject the old empire and samurai life ideals. Independently of Mishima Brandon, he thinks a lot about James Dean, and loves his films. Apparently, the autopsy noted that she would reveal about Brandon's life, he would surely "almost certainly" die of heart disease. Source: Bruce Lee Reviewed. It would turn out that, like his father, Brandon's perfect body hides a fatal mistake.
