The world is rapidly changing as the technology advances. The most commonly studied area is Artificial Intelligence. It is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. These processes include learning, reasoning, and self-correction which is posted by Margaret Rouse, et.al. Since artificial intelligence is implemented in several fields of specialization, Bhagath Sivadan constructed a journal entitled "Application of Artificial Intelligence in Electrical Engineering." As an electrical engineering student, having the use of an AI can make the task easier. It can be implemented and used in power systems. According to Keneth Eloghene Okedu, 2019, a power system is a network of components that is well designed and structured to efficiently transmit and distribute electrical energy produced by generators to locations where they are utilized. Generators, motors and other utility loads are connected by a power system. A journal made by R.Pasupathi Nath, V.Nishanth Balaji, "Artificial Intelligence in Power Systems, " stated that power systems keep on increasing on the basis of geographical regions, assets additions, and introduction of new technologies in generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. Through AI, the controlling, scheduling and forecasting of power system will be more efficient. It will be now easier to find the faults and forecast what would be the load in the next months or years. It is also proved that the application of AI in large power system has been successful in different fields. Thus, the collaboration of AI and electrical engineering can produce a mouthful developments and innovations as time goes by.
