The present administration was able to showcase the city’s colorful past and cultural heritage by rehabilitating most if not all of the city’s landmarks which serve as a testament to the city’s gorgeous beauty and prestige with the help of the national government and the private sector in order to attract more tourists. The administration has promoted urban development program to enhance the investment opportunities as well as the quality of life and aggressive economic development programs.
