Today I will tell you about another queered fact of nature.

 Every sub atomic particle stays in a wavy state unless it is observed. Waviness in simple terms means no fixed physical form. Once it is observed it transforms or collapses into a particle form that is the wave’s turns into matter. It’s not what I am saying, it’s what QM says. This is applicable not only to sub atomic particles but also bigger ones like you, bottle, tree, hills and even the universe. So when you meet your boss in the office, he is a wave until you actually see him or someone else has seen him before you. Isn’t it bizarre?

I will give an example. We all have seen dark clouds in rainy season. The central part is darker because it has more concentration of dust particles and water vapour. The outer regions of the cloud will be lighter as it has less dust particles and water. So there is higher chance or probability of finding more water vapour and dust in centre region than other region. Likewise you boss is spread about the universe in a wavy pattern but the likelihood of finding him in his office is very high. The other parts of his wave may be spread all over the galaxy but it may be very negligible amount. When you enter his office his waves collapse to form his physical body. This is quantum magic, but how and why this happens is not understood. Or you may say does it really happen or not.

Now things become wackier. If an electron is moving from point P to Q, and no one is looking at it, then that electron will take all possible paths simultaneously to reach from point P to Q. It may take a straight path, a curved path or may be going to mars then Saturn and then going to Q. When we try to track its path, then it may be found that it is moving in a straight line as its probability is more. There is a word for it, superposition. It means any particle can be in many places at the same time. You can be everywhere but your chances of being found in a particular place are more. So a particle can be at two places at the same time.

It is a hard to digest fact of wave function and even harder to prove. But at electron level it has been demonstrated in lab (double slit experiment). But still a scientifically accepted explanation is not been put forward till now to answer this weird action nature of sub atomic world.

In all this the question comes who is the observer? But that’s for some other day.

We are present everywhere we are one with everything, this concept overlaps with the concept of self realization. My be I will discuss it in some other article. It is surely a difficult concept to understand and far more difficult to accept. I have tried to put it as simple as possible.

Yeah, the wave–particle duality is an interesting phenomenon, but the ave-particle dualism does not appear in the everyday world because the wavelength of the matter wave in macroscopic bodies is much too small.

On the other hand, wave-particle duality is by no means limited to the smallest quantum objects. It has already been demonstrated in experiments for large molecules consisting of more than 800 atoms (but even that is very, very small in the everyday world).
