Ingredients:
Skinless rotisserie chicken meat 85 gram.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Oz onion 35 gram.
Gralic 1/4 tbsp.
Stalk celery 1/2.
Mushroom 25 gram.
Cumin ground 1/2 tbsp.
Ground sage 1/4 tbsp.
Ground fennel 1/2 tbsp.
Land seasiong blnd 3/4 tbsp.
Oz cabbage 100 gram
Carrot 1/4.
Litre 0.3
Sea salt to taste.
Peper to taste.
Bay leaf 1/2.
Chicken wings 1/2.
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Method :
Prepare and chop up the cokked rotisserie chicken if you haven't alredy.
Set a pot on medium heat.once hot add oil,chopped onion gralic and celery to caramelize for 2-3 mints.then add seasonigns to bloom them and make the suop extra fragant.
Add chopped cabbage ans stir for 1 mints to wilt.
Then add all remaining ingredients. If you need to add more water or if you prefer more broth. Add 1 cup of water or moro no -salt chicken both at a time.
Reduce to heat to low and cover and cook for 30-40 mints.
