A teacher is a person who imparts knowledge to his puplis.He does many thing for the interest of his students. he discovers the latent talent of the students,finds their dark area and make them aware.
He is the pivotal elements in teaching systems.So he must have strong personality but he should be friedly to his students.He can play a vital role to grow up confidence among this students so that they can face the challenge of the time.
In this regard his service is important.He teaches the students punctuality,honesty,sympathy and helps them making their lesson much easier. In a word, he is a friend, philosopher and guide for the students.
But its a matter of great regret that the condition of the teachers in our country is truly miserable. they are often ill-paid. They are not evaluated properly.In order to become an educated nation we should evaluate at the teaches in terms of their commitment to the nation.
