This article I offer to my compatriots if Filipinos are asking and wondering where it is BETTER to work.
In the Philippines? or abroad?
I believe that our countrymen have been asking this for a long time and I have also read a lot of discussions on internet forums. But this question still serves as a QUESTION to the majority.
Where better to work? Abroad or Pinas?
Actually there is nothing right or wrong in these two.
There are good jobs in the Philippines as well as Abroad.
Maybe the better we ask ourselves is
WHAT IS OUR DEFINITION OF GOOD JOB?
You know because people have different opinions on things, so basing our decision on what the majority agrees with is not an effective way for me. There is nothing wrong with looking at the pulse of the masses, but choosing a decision especially for yourself or for your loved ones requires your full responsibility to find out what to know and ultimately you will decide what you choose. You decide and not the masses.
Most people their main definition in GOOD work has a big SWELDO. There are people whose definition of GOOD work has a good boss (or boss) and is in a pleasant place to work (non-aircon and free coffee and tea). There are people in his FREEDOM at work who look at the basis of what is a GOOD job (for example there is no time frame in the schedule so late-late or absent is not a trend.).

Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder… it's just a matter of course.
So what a Filipino should ask himself is…
Do you have an idea in your mind what a good life is?
Because if you are not really confused about which of these two you will choose.
If there is anyone who can tell you where and which one you should choose is none other than you. Yourself. In our life we will really make decisions for ourselves and whatever the outcome of your decision you should not blame anyone, although instead of looking for blame you should look for what you should learn from the result you have formed.
Not everyone who attends is happy, not everyone who stays in the Philippines is happy and I believe these people do not know what makes them happy. Going abroad for a happy or good life is not a guarantee.
Just because you are in a car does not mean that you can get to any place you want to go. Each vehicle has its own limitations and it is important to know which place you want to reach so from here you will know which vehicle you should ride whether on land, sea or air.
There is no difference between working abroad or staying in the Philippines is your choice. Not purket you can go abroad you are already rich, let us remember that being rich is not purket you have already bought a car and own house / land but being rich you are filling your ideal life that you do not have to stretch your bones to make money and provide for your needs even though your own money is working for you. It is also not guaranteed that staying in your home country will ensure your comfortable living. No one else can say what your life will be like tomorrow or in the future. Only you, as the parent can know for sure. It is good to study other people's experiences but we should not limit the possibilities even if it is contrary to our expectations.
I realize that what people really want to know about whether abroad or in the Philippines should make a living is not really a job they are looking for but a direction in life. The obvious question in this question (where is the best place to work abroad or in the Philippines) is
WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY?
WHERE WILL I BE HAPPY?
WHAT IS THE WAY TO SUCCESS?
And I will repeat what I can say here is that only you yourself can answer those questions. So I encourage you to reflect and reflect on the past and be creative that you want to achieve in your life.
And once you have developed your idea of what a good life to be from here you can easily answer the question of where it is better to work whether abroad or in the Philippines.
