DO YOU REMEMBER THAT? When you were just applying for the company you are now working for, you said to yourself no matter what job it was and you also said that any salary is okay as long as you have a job you will enter… YOU WILL REMEMBER those times that?

And now that you have been given the job, why does the wind seem to have changed?

Do you have a lot of complaints and sometimes you even threaten to leave the company?

Don't you know that there are many who want to be in your position now because of the difficulty of finding a job? CAN YOU REMEMBER this situation of life today?

There is nothing wrong with complaining or complaining if you are in the area, there are things you can tolerate especially if it is just a small thing, yes I know that even small things should be given attention but should not come to this point to be reason to be irritable person who will come to this point even more reason to resign from the job. There is nothing wrong with resigning but not doing it all of a sudden just because you are disappointed in something small. But how do you measure and find out which ones you would consider small or big issues?

For me this… first of all let us remember that the first reason we enter employee life is because we want to make money! That’s it !!!

Let us remember that we did not come or come to be the Messiah or savior who is the one who corrects the wrong or the one who saves the oppressed. Its good to be nice but remember it's a great thing to be wise… there is nothing wrong with helping others and paying attention to those who should be paying attention but do not forget your mission and purpose why you joined this company… Enter being an employee is not to correct the bad behavior of your office mates or boss, you did not enter the life of the employee to lead your department mates to be godly, the reason you entered it is because of money! On salary! Not because you face money but because you need it so that you can use it to support yourself, your family and to support your dreams… Yun yon! Why are you here now… I hope you REMEMBER…

Now if you tell me that you are disapointed in your job because your employer or co-worker is lazy, then ask yourself why you entered the employee's life? Is it because of social life?

And if you also tell me that you are disapointed in your job because you hang the perks or bonuses that the company gives you, then ask yourself again if you can enter that job is for those perks or because of salary? What do you weigh? Bonus or Salary? (it’s a retorical question isn’t)

Of course, who doesn't want to when you are already earning and you are still happy with your job or you are happy with your co-workers with perks and bonuses of course we all don't like that? But if we apply the scarcity mentality where you can only find a hole in a company I am sure you will not find a company or even a flawless employer.

Okay here it is, for you to measure which big and small issues in employee life are simple. When your salary is affected. If your salary agreement with your company or your employer is not fulfilled, you are here to REBEL !!! But slowly, I just mean when this is the issue that we have to be proactive and we strive to take action, we will consider this a big issue when your salary is affected because for me the company seems to be ignoring it or your employer is your service and we should be clear if they can still pay us, we should know this in advance so that we can wrap up and find other sources of livelihood. But if the issue is not connected to your salary then consider that everything you are experiencing now wheter okay or not is included in what the company pays you.

Ultimately what we want to point out in this article is before you complain or have a bad trip with anyone or anything let us first clarify to ourselves why you are in the company you work for? Why are you in the position you are in?

If you had a bad trip there, ask yourself again why are you still insisting? do you have no place to go? Maybe that is the best company as of now for you or maybe you are just lazy to find others? Then it is not the company that has the problem but you because of your laziness that becomes the substitute yan I hope you see the logic.

Whatever or whoever you are today, you cannot deny the fact that you let it happen to you… i hope. you will remember this!!!!
