As I said in my articles it was long
I am also an employee. From the Philippines to the Middle East
I am still struggling and planning to be a
the sun can stand on its own if feet to earn a toss
who no longer relies on being an employee.
During my time in government I can say that the MOST PITY
employees are not your people who are harassed by their Employers,
Not your people who are not getting the bonus, not your employees
deducted salary for no apparent reason, Not your employees
who have been cemented in their position and have not been promoted even with the right
they can be promoted…
The most pitiful employees are those who are unable to choose, do
and most of all stand up for what is right… I have experienced not being given a bonus,
deduct salary, matenga in one position and all this so I can bring but at the mercy of
God I have not been able to exchange the right for my job. I am not saying that I am a Saint,
I also have many shortcomings in my fellow man whether intentionally or not
shortcomings but the point of knowing if you are wrong, trampling or as if you are being deceived or misled
that your neighbor I have not been able to do this and I hope it does not happen again.
I have acquaintances who are employees because of the work they need
associate or stay in a circle of organization for him to feel
secured his position, they were unaware that its replacement
is their personality.
You may have a decent home, a new car,
good source of expenses but how is your personality?
Sometimes I'd rather be a regular person with a beak
but the whole person is better than the abundance of money but the person is dead.
I know they don’t like what they do and they know what is right
But my only prayer is that the time will come when they will have it
of strength to stand up and when that time comes it will not be too late.
