Gone are the days, where you go to school, study, graduate, and get a job. In this era, things have change, going to school doesn't guarantee you will get a job. So in my post today, I will point out 3 things you can do that will make you more relevant in the future.
1. Build your skills:
Building today's skill has to come from personal development, it starts with identifying one's gifts (these include things you do effortlessly and get the best results in) and enhancing the gift through self-development.
2. Don't really focus on your degree:
In our world today, degree doesn't really matters, you can work in Google without a degree. So, forget about your degree and discover your gift, take courses or training to sharpen them, join professional bodies associated with your gifts, and participate in them.
3. Learn things that will matter in the future:
You can go online and find the skills of the future, decide on one of the skills, and pay the price of learning the skill thoroughly.
In the future, you will be happy that you did some of these things.
