My name is Amriadi, a BiP user in Aceh. The history of Aceh and Turkey has close ties to this day. So when the president of Turkey announced his citizens to switch to BiP, we in Aceh volunteered to migrate to BiP. In the course of using BiP, we received various
related information that needed clarification. Therefore, through this letter, I have several things to say.
We, Acehnese, appreciate the birth of BiP as a means of communication belonging to Muslims. We love Muslim products in Muslim countries. Because of that, we voluntarily switch to BiP and invite family and relatives to use BiP.
BiP features are very complete and superior, among them can be translated chat up to 106 languages, video calls for up to 10 people, groups of up to 1,000 members, channels, and Discover as an advertising service provider. It's very interesting and complete.
Moreover, everything is HD.
Lack of features in BiP that need to be updated immediately. There is no language setting for users, so there are some non-English users who are confused when using it, even though the commands and icons are familiar. But it still needs to be added. The next
feature that needs to be there is Story because we Acehnese and Indonesians, in general, like to exist and show off. That's why we need a Story feature. Hopefully, these 2 features will be updated soon.
Not safe. We have skewed information about BiP that needs immediate clarification. Where BiP is more insecure about user privacy data. Because BiP can use a service provider, which is very dangerous in Indonesia. Because our data will be easily obtained from
the service provider. Therefore, we ask BiP to maintain its commitment to the security of user data, so as not to move to another heart.
We hope that BiP doesn't use user data as a business. Because this is very dangerous, especially like in our country Indonesia. The Discover feature has been great for multiplying service partnerships, whereby they pay BiP to be listed on Discover. This feature
is very good, nice, and useful to users and BiP itself.
