Turmeric or turmeric is one of the spices and medicinal plants naturally believed from generation to generation. But do you know? It turns out that turmeric can be a type of herbal drink that is useful for increasing immunity or endurance. Even though it has a slightly sour taste, the properties contained in it are very good. Especially for those of you who have a lot of activity and are not in a healthy condition.

Here are the ingredients and how to make Jammu turmeric to increase endurance.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon honey (maple syrup)

  • 1 stick of cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ginger

  • Milk (can be soy milk or cow's milk)

  • Pepper to taste

How to make:

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 stick of cinnamon into the milk.

  • Then heat it to a boil and stir the mixture for about 5-10 minutes or until it is yellow and thick.

  • Add pepper (a pinch) to the drink then strain it so that there are no dregs.

  • You can add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for a sweeter taste.
