Method
Put the minced meat in 1 bowl, add salt, ginger, garlic, red chilli, vinegar and four tablespoons of cooking oil, mix well and keep for 10 to 15 minutes, then put the cooking oil in the pan and heat it. Add minced meat and cook on low heat. When the minced water is dry, add cumin seeds and hot spices and fry well. 3 Finally add barbecue sauce and keep the charcoal burning on top. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil. Cover and simmer for five to seven minutes
