Method
Put yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water in a blender and mix well.
Now heat cooking oil in a pot, add ginger garlic paste and mix
Now add seasoned spices and beef and mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add water, cover with a lid and cook until the beef is almost melted. Add more water if needed.
Add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder and coriander, mix and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add onion paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Cover and cook over medium heat for five minutes
Sprinkle finely chopped ginger and coriander on top and serve with hot bread
