Former Croatian tennis player, and today Roger Federer's coach - Ivan Ljubičić, says that this Swiss wants to fight for big titles next season and that he will certainly be ready for what awaits him, although he will turn 40 in August next year. Federer finished earlier last season due to a knee injury and after two surgeries he is ready to return to the field once again and show that he still has the strength to win one Grand Slam tournament. Currently the world’s fifth-ranked tennis player could return to the Australian Open. "Roger trains hard, he is motivated to fight for big titles next season," said his coach Ivan Ljubicic. After that, Ljubicic said that Federer wants to play at a high level again, fight for titles and that it is amazing how motivated he is. "I was in Switzerland and we trained together, Roger is very motivated. It's amazing, many are wondering why he still plays, but he enjoys it. He wants to be competitive when the season starts and at the level as before the injury," the Croatian coach confirmed. The first big tournament that Federer should play in is, we remind you once again, the Australian Open, and it should be played in late January or early February.
