Humans are social creatures. It is the desire of every human being to live in an orderly and beautiful society. If the society is not in a normal state, that is, if there is any disruption in the social environment, then that society becomes unstable and unsuitable for living. Basically, only through socialization can the society flow in a truly beautiful way. Because the process of socialization creates a beautiful, orderly and conducive environment by guiding all the customs and principles of the society in the right direction. And in such an environment a child can be born and grow up as a social person.

In the process of socialization, the real form of society is captured and the condition of all societies in the world is easily recognized. A society that needs to be understood to be full of conflicts and instability lacks the proper process of socialization or the proper application of this process. Similarly, the application of the process of socialization has been rightly applied in a society in which the environment must be fully conducive, stable and peaceful. The main agencies of socialization of any society in any country of the world are family, school, playmate, neighbor, religion, education-culture etc. In the case of Bangladesh too, these elements are equally applicable to socialization. However, in the socio-economic context, family, ethnicity, religion, educational institutions, values and codes of conduct, customs or rituals play a special role in the socialization of Bangladesh.

Families in Bangladesh play a special role in socialization. The best example of this is the joint families of this country. In the same family environment, the child grows up step by step from birth to death and becomes the norm in the family. The foundation and ties of this country are very strong now. The main center of all activities is the family. So the role of family in socialization is maximum. There are basically no homeless people in Bangladesh. Everyone grew up in the cool shade of the family and nurtured family education and ideals. In this case, the joint family plays a much more effective role than the single family. In Bangladesh, especially in rural society, joint family is still working as a strong social institution. Its contribution to socialization is also incomparable.

However, as a result of faulty socialization in single and working families, various social problems are being observed. The role of rural kinship in the socialization of Bangladesh is also particularly noteworthy in this country. Eighty-five percent of children now grow up in rural areas. Kinship is an influential institution in rural society and its role in socialization is also highly appreciated. In our rural society, social code of conduct, values, customs, traditions, institutions, traditions, etc. play a role in the socialization of the individual. Their education, ideals, controls motivate the individual, especially a child, to behave in the way society expects. Religion plays a huge role in the socialization of this country. Almost every family in the country is a devout follower of religion. In those families, the children see the adults and them. (Adults) form their lives according to religious teachings and ideals.

This influence of religion exists throughout a person's life. The people of this country are truly religious. So its role in socialization is also immense. However, recent social changes, Western education and ideals, social inconsistencies, instability, lack of solidarity, religious fundamentalism or deviating from religious norms have played a role in the socialization. As a result, various problems are appearing everywhere in the family, society and the state. There is a lot of inconsistency and arrogance in the youth in terms of devotion to the elders, respect, humility, showing the expected behavior of the society, etc. The price crisis is constantly being created. Such problems are increasing day by day due to lack of proper socialization. In order to overcome this, there is no alternative to proper socialization in the family circle, keeping in view the national traditions, values and culture and keeping the religious ideology in front.

Religion is a socialisation structure, but unfortunately religion is a socialisation structure that excludes. In the worst case it takes the form of fundamentalism. Unfortunately every religion says that it is the true and the right one. Almost every religion at least wants to convert unbelievers or in the worst case to kill them. Fundamentalism is not a recent development. Fundamentalism has been around for as long as religion has existed and will probably continue to exist, unfortunately, as long as religion exists.

But it is a very interesting article.
