Positive things:

1 - 3 tests to start seeking the job:

You cannot for example say I know Java or J2EE or Kotlin or Django or Laravel without passing the three exams.

Finally, there is an exam of 2 problems of 30 minutes so you have to ensure having good internet data and solve the problem.

2 - Variety of tests:

Even if you did not succeed on a test then you could pass another test until you fulfill the 3 requirements. Let's say you succeed Angular test and React Unity then you did not succeed in the 30-minute exam then after 90 days you did not have to repass the initial test and just 30 minutes exam, also you could during this period succeed on another thing.

Drawbacks:

The duration of 90 days seems too much, I have even emailed the team to reduce even to 60 days or 75 days but they do not accept.
