Prayer arises in life as a link to connect with our higher self, prayer has thousands of perspectives, even many people only brand it or think that they use it exclusively in religions, when prayer is not, it is not just a set of phrases that you pronounce repetitively, much less only those dictated by a religious doctrine, prayer goes much further, prayer can simply be and even lie in expressing or creating your own phrases to ask that superior force in which you profess your faith, the prayer is a need that little by little encompasses our being, there is no ideal age to start this path, there is only the perfect moment for you, the moment in which you want to connect your soul with your body, prayer is a bridge that promotes inner peace, which generates fullness in your life.

Life is full of thousands of perspectives with respect to prayer, all are valid, but especially we must clarify that prayer, as I said before, is not exclusive to one religion, on the contrary, we can pray by telling the superior energy about our life, our concerns, our desires, our goals, our feelings, in one way or another lightens the soul, prayer has the power to lighten our burdens, it has the power to inject us with tranquility, to inject us with strength and patience, many times our problems are aligned around material things, completely leaving aside what has the power to elevate our spirit, we are often ignorant regarding these issues, we ignore the great instrument that we have in our hands, a very simple instrument, but at the same time it elevates consciousness , of spirit and of our souls.

Prayer without faith does not work, faith is the fuel that makes possible the results of prayer and the power that it can exercise in our lives, disbelief, keeping reservations before these things so exalting, wonderful and magical that the life only stagnate us, they only exclude us from living a life based on harmony, on peace, the peace generated by believing in that energy that exists but we cannot see and much less feel does not compare to anything, many times and many moments of our existence is stained black, due to the various life experiences that we must go through to elevate our soul, many of them supremely negative but in the end it is in each one of us and in the way we take these, that is, how we face life how they affect us, many of these situations become pleasant due to the power of prayer, prayer has a mysterious way of bringing calm to our soul, bringing peace, bringing resignation to accept Let what is not in our control change, but clarity and wisdom to be able to make the necessary changes in those life situations that are under our control.

Prayer is a powerful tool within everyone's reach, even if we think that we are not being heard, it is quite the opposite, they are listening to us and many times what we ask for is very little, therefore in a while we are granted much more than we had believed! deserve, don't stop using this powerful tool in your lives!
