Meditating is extremely common in the Eastern world, although it is currently being more noisy in the West but it is an ancient practice originating in the aforementioned Eastern world, a practice that helps us put calm and silence into our lives by silencing thoughts that we daily they tire, putting order, allowing us and giving us one of the things that have no comparison and much less value in our lives and that is being at peace with ourselves, with what we do, with our thoughts, it also helps us to detach ourselves especially from the world material, in some cultures this is known as liberation towards enlightenment, to truly reach the balance that meditating is, it is absolutely necessary to be fully determined to carry out and integrate this practice into our lives, many are the people who find it difficult, but human beings by nature try to overload things, that is, we take everything to extremes and the middle Itation is not the exception, we fear the favorable aspects that it can leave our existence, therefore we complicate the process.
Complications tend to occur, they are always the order of the day, but unfortunately human beings make it possible even when there are processes that do not show any negative aspect, therefore we must be completely determined, completely sure of our decisions, in addition to hacking in many sometimes our mind and our body in general to create habits that are positive for us, another aspect is that our mind is supremely irreverent on certain occasions, it is even as if it had its own voice, as if it commanded itself, therefore the determination must be at the agenda, although there are exceptions of course, there are people who, even from the first day they start the adventure of meditating, exceed expectations due to the concentration, commitment and self-control that impregnate the practice there is always a but and they are the people that as I told you before, you must work a little more to be able to create a true meditation .
Now, meditation is an extremely easy and simple process, we just have to be completely silent, in addition to a state of relaxation, where we have to stop our thoughts. Currently meditation has evolved, because we can find not only the most common technique that is precisely the one I just pointed out at the beginning of the paragraph, there are many because various neuroscientific studies have been carried out that have helped this development. , thanks to the fact that it has been discovered that we are all different, many will think that it is something that can be seen with the naked eye, but the reality is that we are different even in the way in which we process things according to our senses, that is, there are people who learn and are nourished through sight, they are called visual, people who listen to learn more are called auditory, in a few words we can classify them as verbal and non-verbal, that is why today we can meditate through of:
-Verbal meditation, is when through prayers we initiate and enter the meditation process.
-Nonverbal meditation, here comes the common one that I mentioned before but we can also add relaxing music and even today there are created especially for the meditation process.
It is unnecessary to even express that meditation is beneficial because it is something that is obvious to the naked eye, meditation even helps our mental health as well as physical, because many mental aspects are intertwined with our physical health, that is, it is indisputable that depending on how you feel inside will be automatically reflected in your physique, so it should be an essential tool in our lives due to the great benefits it will give us by simply giving it a few minutes a day, likewise we should not confuse meditating with reflection or analysis, which is something that Many times they tend to confuse, as I explained before, meditation is something much deeper. Now, I tell you that I learned meditation at the same moment I met Yoga, now yoga is a tool that has been in my life for more than 10 years, which not only gives my life physical benefits, it has also He has been a great teacher when it comes to personal development.
