Obviously getting out of all these negative habits that consume us is not easy and the only person who can do it clearly is ourselves, through many tools that life has given us but unfortunately we have ignored, on the other hand unfortunately fanaticism sometimes makes us egomaniacs, this according to the fact that we want to impose our beliefs on everyone, thus despising those who do not pay attention to us, in addition to despising them for being different, ignoring that in the world the main common denominator that we all have is diversity, the authenticity that we brand for the same different characteristics, it also leads us to perfectionism, which like everything has two faces, some beneficial and others obviously only remain, such as the grid view of life, that is, focusing only on everything being black or white when for everywhere you look there is beauty due to the great diversity of people, physiques, minds, personalities and much more. There are more things that life offers us.

Unfortunately, the people who decide to revolve their lives around a certain belief or idea are the ones who want to hide behind groups, since many times these promise protection and acceptance, therefore, if we analyze the people who decide to dedicate their day to day and their The targets of fanaticism are the most vulnerable people, they are people who obviously do not know how to manage their feelings, emotions and many other basic aspects, thus renouncing their individuality, renouncing taking control or the rudder of their lives, for this reason we must always work even if It sounds cliché in our self-esteem and our self-esteem, because by enhancing these many aspects they automatically rise, they rise to the sky as confidence in us, which in turn does not lead to asserting all that we are and above all to feel brave beings. , beings that do not accept or would accept less than what they are worth, on the other hand, history is the best weapon of evidence that we have, therefore we can I thank her for verifying the great damage to humanity that fanatical extremism does, but in turn it has several types that I will summarize below and explain to them;
