The phenomenon called life that is worth the redundancy generates us and gives us the grace to live, it comes plagued with many surprises in the form of people, things and many situations, which come to us with the aim of learning, becoming wise beings and in turn they exalt us and make us strong people capable of facing any battle in life, it is no secret to anyone that life is mystical, chaotic but at the same time extraordinary, it has forms and ways to make us change our perspective, it has many forms to take the air out of us and in turn from our comfort zone but life is made so that we dare to live it, we dare to jump, we dare to change the no for the yes and above all to leave fears behind to live enriching experiences, having an open mind and understanding to the surface.
Deja vu is an element that comes with life, that makes us stagger due to what it makes us experience, but now it is defined as "basically as "already seen" or, failing that, it is what translates the origin of its word, in turn is a French word, but to minimize is when a person feels they have lived or seen something before or previously”. It is a term coined for the first time by a famous psychologist in the last century, also on the other hand this sensation or phenomenon is also known as paramnesia, which basically means the same as deja vu, that is, when a subject feels that he has experienced or lived something familiar but at the same time strange.
Behind deja vu there are still great questions, the world has not yet fully adapted to the sensations that life offers us through aspects such as this phenomenon, therefore people have taken it upon themselves to create their own speculations as to what is related to prophecies even to theories such as the eternal return that, in summary, stipulates that all past, present and future situations will always repeat themselves eternally, becoming cyclical, on the other hand people who believe more in science tend to agree with the scientific explanation for this event which is specifically related to the memory storage process, specifically stating that many times the mind has small delays, therefore it perceives information from the outside world seconds or minutes later and therefore deja vu occurs.
On the other hand, upon further investigation of this topic, we will find that this phenomenon is classified into three parts, Déjà Vecu (everything that a subject felt that they have already lived and experienced), Déjà Visité (like the previous one, they are linked, due to that it is when a subject feels that he was in a place or a certain place before) and Déjà Senti (the subject will feel that he experiences feelings and emotions that at another time in his life he also did), a curious fact is that it mostly occurs in young people specifically between 15 and 25 years old at least once a month, it is ironic but feeling it is reduced when we touch 40 and after 60 it is very rare to experience it even it is reduced only once a year.
As I said before, this is linked to the mind and memory, specifically to the temporal lobe, deja vu has pros and cons, but of course it all depends on you and your way of thinking and your view of the world, that is, your own conclusions, but it is essential to add that it can help us establish or establish links especially with people we have just met due to the familiar feeling of knowing them that will automatically create trust and empathy, although we must be careful and control or limit this many times because Many have confused these emotions, turning them into feelings of obsession, which undoubtedly leads to destruction. There are also people who suffer from this condition chronically, that is, the feeling of living what at another time we live can be alert, it may even be that our mind does not go well therefore we must be analytical and introspective when evoking verdicts around it.
