Managing emotions is something extremely ambiguous, subjective even, because we are so diverse, there are those who quickly learn to overcome aspects with negative nuances, they are people who know from the first moment and are certain that they are experiences and situations that add up, that although they bring sadness, it is a period with a beginning and an end, that we should not deprive ourselves of living it and experiencing it because thanks to it we can evolve, we can grow in many areas of life, thanks to that experience we begin to have more experience in life, we begin to acquire wisdom, because instead of aspiring to perfection in life we ​​must aspire to be wise people, who follow the dictates and commandments of their hearts, on the other hand we find people who experience and go through these stressful and hard moments , they throw in the towel, as they say colloquially, are people who have not learned to bring out resilience and inner strength, although it is suppressed. It is extremely difficult to say, these people have not fostered, much less created, the most sincere and vital bond in life, with themselves, although it is true that the human being is social and loves to be in contact with other people and their company, it is also It is true that as human beings, responsible for having the gift of life, we must first foster, explore and establish a relationship with ourselves, a relationship where respect always prevails, also where we know how to listen to our bodies and our hearts, creating a stability that only brings us wellness.

In each one of us there is the decision to live in peace and tranquility constantly changing, reforming and restructuring our lives in order to achieve this goal, being analytical and very cautious, since there are many things that are basically masks, masks in the form of well-being and tranquility when, on the contrary, its true essence in our lives represents danger, represents destabilization, when we always seek the opposite, we seek to be in peace and in total health with our physical, mental and spiritual bodies, we all have or will go through disruptive moments, which they have the scope and power to shake our lives and what we have built but basically it is in each one of us especially in the decisions we make in this regard, there are many people who unfortunately cling to pain, they think that life is extremely negative and they prefer to stay in the safe zone and even not so much called suffering, called anxiety, called i Even sadness, disappointment that if we do not know how to manage it correctly can lead to serious problems with our mental health, especially depression, which are very dangerous pathologies that, although not seen, are extremely toxic and harmful due to their nature of acting silently and corroding their environment a lot. step.

Fortunately, decisions are individual, the decisions we make, even based on external opinions, are our complete responsibility because although people expressed their point of view regarding certain issues, we were the ones who decided to adapt and integrate that vision into our lives, many are good, we must not demonize the opinions of others, many points of view clarify the panorama of the world for us since we are so rooted in a perspective that we are unable to see clearly what is best for us but we must also admit that there are opinions that for nothing is good, which are the opinions of people who basically want to manipulate us so that we obviously act according to their whim, completely forgetting our criteria and individualism, therefore it only remains to say that to heal you have to live the pain, you have to live the process, it is impossible to avoid somewhat negative stages in life, but what we can do is use them in our favor, fortunately something completely positive always arises from something negative, the pain is not forever, you must trust yourself, you must have the willpower to always go forward and never return to the past, the past must be accepted that there are stages that they were already, stages that had expiration for something are there, we must walk, we must focus on improving that the good and what truly belongs to us will never be lacking and will always find a way to reach us.
