Anxiety is part of life, we cannot erase it, it is something we have to learn to live with and deal with, anxiety if we analyze it is an aspect of life that will always be present, it will be present in those moments of stress that it causes us the unknown, which causes us situations that we do for the first time and everything that influences our lives, will always be things to which we give and grant a kind of permission capable of positively or negatively influencing our lives, Anxiety will always be a paralyzing, catalytic feeling or emotion, it can even lead us to explore conditions that cause diseases, due to the stress that anxiety basically causes us, on the other hand, it can get worse if we do not act, if we ignore it, it can grow and take root silently. in our minds, it can even lead us to the point of replacing empathy with self-centeredness, when it's obviously a trait we need to to us as to others, others also deserve the same respect and empathy that we demand for ourselves, I highlight this according to the fact that there are studies that have shown that when anxiety progresses, many find it difficult to have a balanced approach to the world On the contrary, they focus and get fully involved in their problems, ignoring that the world deserves solidarity and kindness.
Anxiety, even with everything and the negative that it brings with it, will always be a tool to reorder our life, basically anxiety is an alarm that notifies us that something is not right, some environment in our life, will go a little crazy and therefore derailed. It is necessary to be alert, pending, many times we can stop the progress of certain situations, we can put a stop to it, but for this we must do our part by being alert, by being attentive, to find alternatives and solutions that help us to live a process with a satisfactory ending, with a favorable result, a result and process that has mostly taught us, many times the teachings lie so that we find the actions that led us to such anxiety, identifying those steps that we took and that led us to results that obviously they were not favorable, many times those paths are the ones that teach us the most, so we should not be afraid to walk, We must not be afraid to decide, to reach our true destination we must go through many paths, know many destinations, meet many people, who have a fixed and reduced mission but who manage to help us fortify our character, manage to renew and polish our perspectives. , lead us to give its fair value to what truly exalts us.
In life there are all phases and anxiety is no exception, we can overcome it even if the process is extremely hard, it is incredibly strong, it is not easy to accept that we are living a destabilizing stage, much less it is easy to accept it before the world, anxiety makes us misunderstood, well, it is no secret to anyone that many have a little empathic perspective, a very disrespectful perspective to feel that leads them to demonstrate through actions lacking the aforementioned, many times these actions are directly carried out with the aim of hurting, with the aim of harming the other person, unfortunately when the person is vulnerable, especially facing a process of recession due to anxiety, depression are easier points to break, they are people who are unfortunately going through a difficult stage, which is deepened by rejection, the actions and words that the world emits, for this reason, above all, we must try to always be reconciled friendly, prudent, supportive and capable of empathizing with other people's situations, those situations that truly teach the greatness that dwells in being.
Anxiety is unfortunately something that we cannot escape from, we need to be able to counteract it, in order to overcome it, we need to take the step to face our fears, many times we are not able to do it alone, but it certainly does not mean that we cannot do it or that let's be weak, on the contrary we are being brave in accepting that we need to get out of the toxic loop in which we find ourselves, a loop that makes us scandalize and magnify even the smallest thing, when it takes over even the smallest thing can saturate us, it can cause us casualties, so it is necessary to work on ourselves, work on strengthening ourselves, to get the good out of everything but thus avoid falling into situations that only upset us and foster cycles of emotions and toxic feelings such as anxiety.
