alorochell is here again at last. It's been awhile since from my last article and I missed writing. Lately I got busy with the schooling of my kiddos because of this modular thing due to new normal because of this pandic. Well, so much for that I have something to share with all of you guys my ReadCash family. 😀
Now, let's begin. I have an additional menu for my food business. Let me introduced my Puto Pizza. Puto or Filipino muffins with a twist of pizza. It's a combination of my two favorite snacks which is the puto cheese and pizza, so it cross to my mind why not try it to paired the two snacks.
This snacks is easy to prepare even our children can do it with the help of us as parents. It is very enjoyable, you are just like playing. All you have to do is combine all the wet and dry ingredients consist of all purpose flour, powdered milk, baking powder, white sugar, butter, corned beef(for a twist taste). That's for the dry ingredients, as for the wet ingredients add the egg and water. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients dissolve and there is no more trace of all purpose flour, after that you may rest the puto batter 10-20minutes. While resting you have to prepare your steamer, wait for the water to boil, while waiting and the resting time is over it's time to put the toppings of your puto pizza.
You can choose any toppings for your pizza feel free to adjust it. In my pizza I put spaghetti sauce sweet style as the sauce itself, slices of ham, hotdog and cheese, pineapple tidbits, bell pepper and spring onions.
Because of this unique taste my kiddos love it so much and so do I. It's a new taste and experience. My customers like it also and with that I have a lot of orders everyday and I am so thankful with the results. This is good for all occassions especially christmas holiday is fast approaching.
