Carinderia Hits 'Carinderia' is a small roadside eatery. You'll find a lot of these establishments in rural areas alomg major thoroughfares. The menu usually consists of home-cooked meals and a couple of easy to cook meals. I'm glad I found a nearby carinderia. I usually have their grilled meat and fish. Yesterday, I had their grilled chicken. Theirs is way better than what restaurants and fast foods offer. This morning, I had grilled squid and some tofu with pig's ears.
