Good day fellow food trippers. Hope all is well with everyone. Surprised that it rained all of a sudden. Do stay dry. Lunch for today is pork sisig with egg. Pork sisig is a popular bar chow. It is usually made from pig cheeks or ears and deep fried until it is crispy. It is then chopped into smaller bits and pieces and served on a sizzling plate with egg and lots of chili. Today we are eating quail eggs. My wife bought a bunch of quail a few days ago, and they've been popping out eggs on a regular basis. I'm not sure what will be done with the quail eggs in the future. We produce chicken eggs which we sell wholesale. I don't think we'll have enough quail eggs to sell also, but I suppose we could try.
