Good after noon fellow noisers. Christmas is definitely in the air when we see these two favorites - bibinka and puto bumbong. After working out, one of the stalls selling these goodies was open so decided to grab one order for each to break my fast. Skipped the grated young coconut and just requested for additional muscovado sugar. I really can't help to think about the Yuletide season when I see these two food items. Christmas is in the air na talaga. Mas ramdam ang pasko dahil sa mga nakakatakam na mga pagkain. Paskong pinoy still the best.
Very true. Queso de bola also reminds me of Christmas.
My wife already wants to put up a Christmas tree! As an American I think it is sacrilegious to put Christmas decorations up before the end of November, (gotta celebrate Thanksgiving first!), but my wife was ready to start celebrating the season in September.
Typical. Christmas season here in the Philippines starts on the first of September. LOL!
Yep. My wife says Christmas begins after her birthday, which is August 30th. She's been bugging me for a while now to put up a Christmas tree.
