Good morning. Having taho for breakfast. It is actually silken tofu with caramelized sugar and tapioca pearls. Of course, it is commonly known as 'taho'. Was ready for work early in the day but after logging in got a message from a colleague that today is a holiday in Australia so we do not have work today. Had to check it online myself. Yesterday, April 25 was ANZAC Day. Since it fell on a Sunday, the following Monday, which is today, was declared a holiday. I did not bother to check what ANZAC Day is. As long as it is a holiday, I'm all good. That was my pleasant surprise for the day. What was yours? By the way, what is everyone having for breakfast? #Food

hihi that´s cool that´s how a GOOD MORNING should be ;) Here in Andalucía in Spain this is the same they got a huge lot of holidays what is for all Spanish communities but the all have additional christian and other special holidays in their autonomous communities and like in Australia when the fell on a Sunday there have to be the Monday also declared as holiday because they have to recreate their power from all the party events and without not being productive at all hahaha, I missed that kind of understanding in my country of birth Germany, they party until 5 o´clock in the morning on Sunday when there is a holiday but at 6:30 the had to stand at the machine and do their work no matter how bad they feel, and how bad they do their work ;)
